From the third video. This rings so true as in I read an article recently that said the modern corporations are not looking for the brightest and curious applicants anymore. The preenemployment testing is geared so that the people who exhibit these traits are weeded out. They are considered a bad hire for several reasons; they will move on to better jobs and they will try and buck the system. In other words, Corporate America is looking for the dull, the second class sycophants so that upper management will not feel threatened.

Why does America act this way?
