13. How do you prove they didn't change affiliation?

Even if they go back to being r's they can say, they changed their minds again.

You'd really have to find evidence that they are claiming to be republicans while simulataneously running as democrats.

I'm not sure at all that'd be so easy.

It would require an extensive investigation into personal and party records. Such investigations require money,
as well as cooperating attorneys general, and courts. I'm not sure the jurisdictions with the fakes have those
sorts of assets. I'm doubtful the state under republican control would carry out such an investigation.
