In reply to the discussion: Lisa Murkowski: 'It Makes No Sense To Make This Attack On Women' [View all]I am no fan of Murkowski's but she is trying to make amends for her stupid assed vote. The fact that she did it after getting a lot of grief for her blunt vote does illustrate that she has the capacity to listen. This is a quality that has been very rare in recent republican circles. I know that I will disagree with her much more often than I'll agree, but if and when the republican party ever decides to again embrace sanity, she may be what their new face looks like.
And if she's ever on a national ticket, as much of an improvement over sarah palin(comparison) she may be, I very much look forward to not voting for her.
PEACE!

How hard was that for her to say? She should of said it before and I think it may be to late.

She voted FOR the Lilly Ledbetter Act - she was absent for the Paycheck Fairness Act vote.

All Republicans must be getting a remotely controlled shock device on their 1st day in office.
