didn't stop deep water drill rigs from having acoustical shut off switches
because they cost too much money ..... a safety measure that would have
stopped the BP Gulf Oil Spill.
Cheney is 71, a former smoker, he has had 5 heart attacks, and with all the
work he has had done to his heart and blood vessels having a graft take
seems very unlikely.
