he didn't have a psychotic break? He was diagnosed with a traumatic brain injury and sent back to fight. Don't you think you we should make sure he's competent to stand trial before we just hand him over to people who cut people's heads off as a criminal penalty?

His victims were civilian Afghanistanis, witnesses are too; he did it in that country
