"older than her chronological age" but what the judge means is the child had her childhood stolen from her years ago by being exposed to predators from a very young age and he thinks the streets are full of girls like her so why prosecute the men ...
It is a MAN'S world ... for all the talk of women's lib we do NOT protect our own ...
