The State has to approve for their juvenile records be expunged and with the attention surrounding this case, that's unlikely to happen for a long, long time.

As for the Criminals being convicted as juveniles, it was appropriate. Amazing some will say "try them as adults" or worse "fry them" but the moment they hear a Criminal convicted when they were 15 years of age in Texas 15 years ago now facing the death penalty in 24-48 hours, will ask "why are we killing him/her?"

Let's be consistent here, okay?
