3. Why are so many falling for this Charter School scam?

The research shows charter schools, on average, do WORSE than public schools. Which considering they have so many advantages (the fact they have to be placed in charters shows they have parental involvement--the biggest advantage--and leeway in removing kids they don't want in the schools), is really pathetic.
