It's not the bill itself, it's the way it was passed. If the gov. had passed this through the normal channels than I'd say those people have absolutely no leg to stand on. But if you are arguing that the governor was acting like a dictator in the way he passed this legislation- well you could legitimately argue that (though dictator is def. too strong a word).
On edit: I'm referring to the late night back room deals and waving of the 3 day comment period in order to get the legislation passed before anyone could say anything.
