Minimum wage, barely any benefits. Target use to be a lot better. Target brags about how much they give back to the community but in reality they start their cashiers at or near minimum wage. Target is Walmart with a prettier trendier face. Kmart and Sear I can't imagine are any better. I know people say "those jobs are meant for teens, blah blah blah" but in some towns they're the only game in town and it isn't just teens working there.
