5. Exactly. He Can Always Get a Public Defender Appointed

And his lodging in "extended-stay hotels" was a money drain? So sorry, so sad. He could have done a couple of alternatives. One, find one of his fawning fans who thinks Z did a good thing when he killed Trayvon in alleged self-defense to take him in. Two, use a cheap motel instead of an extended-stay hotel. You pay for all those amenities like kitchens, those free breakfasts and the pools and fitness centers in those places. A cheap motel off the interstate or turnpike would have been just fine.

What expert witnesses does O'Mara need to bring in on this case I wonder? There doesn't seem to be any need to do deep analysis of evidence from the scene. I can only guess he'll bring in psychiatrists to tell the jury how logical it was for Z to have felt his life was endangered. And to tell the jury how awful Martin was from their analysis of his school records and the fact they found traces of, OMG, THC (pot) in his system.

O'Mara's whole case is going to revolve around smearing a dead victim who cannot speak for himself.
