turn off the safety before they attempt to open fire on the shadowy figure in the room? How will you explain killing your wife as she walks back from the bathroom?

Our what about my friend who shot a cat at the window? He thought it was an intruder messing with the screen. He killed the cat, riddled the window and wall with buckshot, and damaged the aluminum siding and window of his neighbor's house. It was his dad's 12ga he used.
