Unless the law has been recently changed, it is my understanding IT IS PERFECTLY LEGAL FOR MEMBERS OF CONGRESS TO USE INSIDER INFORMATION TO BUY THEIR PERSONAL STOCKS.

IS THAT SOME KIND OF IMPUNITY OR WHAT?
