a dick but he's not stupid. I think he's taking a calculated risk that the teabaggers and paulists are on their way down, and that by 2016 the GOPers may have recovered a semblance of sanity. I wouldn't be so sure - the stoopid is powerful among the GOP - but there are some cracks in the hull that are starting to spread. I think Christie is planning on selling himself as one of the few GOPers that didn't completely give into the stoopid or sell out to the teabaggers.

Like I said - he's a dick but not an idiot.
