On a National scale. Most of the country views them as nuts.
Still, they are concentrated in a swath of congressional districts centered from Roanoke, Va to Phoenix , AZ making their legislative impact greater than their numbers. Making like miserable for all The US has way to many towns, with the suffix of 'hicks. '.
