(124 posts)22. I can't comment on hysterical calls for non-specific measures. I have no problem with opening up
the national database for individual sellers so buyers can be checked for criminal or insane backgrounds. Other than that, I strenuously oppose any further unnecessary laws that wouldn't accomplish anything useful. Doesn't the fact that 99.9999% of gun owners never cause any problems mean something to you?
