Do you suggest they run a static message 'Sandy victims need money' on the screen, with an 800 number to call, no performers, no show of any kind? People should just give? Cute idea.
But I don't think those in need of help are really thinking about how the funds are raised. If I lived there, I'd be impressed at such a mixed legend line up working for my benefit.
Plus I love that you think Nirvana and the Beatles are still touring and making new albums. Priceless, really.
