These performers are "working" for free today. But that doesn't mean we should bow down and salute them for a clear attention-grabbing move like this particular group is doing. This should be an event where the families who were devastated by Sandy get center stage. Countless people still need help. The performers should just perform their acts and get off stage. We don't need these "performers" pushing forward a publicity stunt to sell more albums or get more publicity. Save these "exciting!" revelations for the group's own tour. While I see we have many of this particular group's biggest fans on this forum, I can assure you that many of those in Sandy's direct line of damage (me included) could care less about which particular music group is "getting back together".
