Just as Tammy Duckworth's had been made far more Democratic by a recent redistricting, and there was never that much question that she would win it. Neither one of these candidates really needed our money. But you can never take anything for granted.

This is the problem most are talking about in this thread. Elections and the electorate are not really the issue very much in House races. It's how the districts are drawn. Without redrawing, most districts are very hard to "flip."
