Who the fuck is Norquist and why the fuck does he have so much sway over what congress does? Norquist doesn't represent any other citizens in the US other than himself. "You need to sign this tax pledge." "Are you one of my constituitents?" "No." "Go fuck yourself"

Seriously, if one person has so much power over congress without a check or balance, that person has to go.
