If Reid re-works the filibuster, and Dem's actually get to govern on Democratic/Progressive Ideas (yeah, I know, they aren't ALWAYS the same) The Turtle is TERRIFIED that this will actually become Reality.
Do it Harry. Even if it comes back to bite us in the ass, I want the precedent set that 51 Senate votes is a Majority again. It forces compromise, and that's good for all of us OVERALL (even if sometimes the result isn't exactly what we wanted).
