11. I hope all 4 states legalize it.

This would start a domino effect of states legalizing the weed. Once NY legalizes it, it will be a matter of time until many other states pick it up, and the war on "drugs" will be over.

It would upset the apple cart of the commercial prisons, but this needs to be done. Perhaps they are realizing that if they legalized and taxed marijuana, they might be able to get out of the financial hole.
