21. Here's some data

Here's a wikipedia page that shows Dems getting more House votes across the nation. The page may not be up to date, not sure, anyway it shows Dems getting slightly more votes, which doesn't prove gerrymandering, but definitely shows that the Republicans owe their majority tto how the districts are drawn up (on second thought, maybe that does prove gerrymandering, or at least strongly suggests it).

Percentage 48.5% (R) 48.8% (D)
