28. Arizona Is Still Counting

As of Friday night Arizona still had 172,000 provisional and another 400,000 absentee ballots to count. The odds are high that the mostly Hispanic provisional ballots will be tossed. The election official in Maricopa County said those voters did not come to the polls prepared. They came prepared to vote and were simply shooed over to the provisional ballot line.
