The bar on hurricanes was set pretty low after Bush and his cabinet sat out Katrina on vacation. Took them six days to end their vacations. Obama showed up and he had competent Fema director. It wasn't hard for President Obama to look good and thank god because it's a mess in New Jersey and New York.
