4. This needs to be a serious federal crime

It needs to be a serious federal crime to prevent legitimate voters from casting a vote and having their vote counted. Among the penalties should be a loss of voting rights and a prison sentence. Judges, , including the Supremes, elections officials, Secretaries of State and others should be removed from office for aiding and abetting this real kind of voters fraud.

There is no legitimate government except by the consent of the governed. It should be one of the most serious of crimes to try to install a government that is illegitimate. We and the world has payed an enormous price for the Bush v. Gore five's crime.
