9. Is your signature on the outside envelop in Ohio?

I have a Florida ballot and the signature will be "verified" before it's even opened they said. I don't like that. Besides the fraud issue, what happens if the envelop gets wet, the ink smears, and they cannot read the signature? Will they just throw it out? Send it BACK and not make it back in time?

I don't trust the state of Florida AT ALL. I will be back 2 days before the election, so I am bringing my ballot in person to the polls myself.
