58. Billy had become an environmentalist as well.

Back around 2002, 2003. I saw an interview with him where he said what concerned him the most was what "Man was doing to God's garden", How mankind was destroying it because of greed".

Then Billy became very ill after his wife died, and Franklin started encroaching on everything, taking advantage of what was going on with his father. Manipulating him.

Sad and horrendous situation.
