Out-of-state and even out-of-precinct Virginia college students are already effectively disenfranchised by being prevented from voting in their college's precincts. Many students jump through a great many hoops to establish residency in Harrisonburg.

This guy's job was to make sure that they still can't vote.

I'll peck away at my local information sources to see if I can glean any prurient details, but I'll tell y'all the truth right now: the only Virginians who know about this are the informed voters, virtually all of them already Democrats.

Until we can find a way to get good information to conservative voters, from sources they trust, they'll never even know this happened, and they won't believe me if I tell them.
