13. And why would you call for justice if you didn't think it was a criminal act?

If someone had accidentally set a fire in the midst of a debate, you would probably not be able to get justice because you would not be able to point a finger at who caused the fire. It would not be intentional.

There was a lot of confusion, but the possibility that the act was terrorism was immediately raised. Fox News misreported this.

A video of the events was released soon after the attack, and based on that people stated that it was terrorism.
