11. That doesn't sound like true falsifiability to me.

At first glance, I am a bit soured by the author's idea of falsifiability. How does the author expect to test this? File a FOIA request on Romney's taxes? Doubt that's allowed. AFAIK there is nothing legally compelling Romney to publicize his tax returns. This is at best juicy speculation.
