in which case, why should we change horses midstream Mr. Romney?

What is it that Presidents *can* do and exactly what will *you* do that is different from Mr. Obama? And why?

Overturn Roe v Wade?
Reduce your tax burden to zero?
Replace Obamacare with what?
End the homeowner's mortgage interest deduction?
