Is this going to be another middle eastern/north african rathole that the west is going to spend the next generation pissing away good money after bad for? And why don't the BRIC nations ever have to cough up any money, It's always us and the EU. Because that's what going to happen, the rebels(of which we know little) will win, and then we start handing out "loans" which have exactly no shot of ever being paid back. I would be more optimistic if syria had oil but they don't.
