30. I've been to Mississippi

and that was over 20 years ago. Things haven't changed there. It is no surprise since I think they rank around 49 or 50 in education... perhaps they are running neck to neck with Louisiana.

For those DUers in MS, I'm sorry. I don't wish to paint everyone with a broad brush but damn, I hope signs of intelligent life surface in the media soon. You guys are just too quiet or intimidated.
