42. Many of our densely populated cities are very dependent on a complex

system of water and waste disposal. If you have widespread poverty, that all becomes too expensive for many people.

We are a long way from that, but it is never as far away as you would hope. I don't think we will have a plague, but it is very important that we maintain our urban sanitary facilities.
