More truthfully "The president wants to raise taxes on the so-called rich," said House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio). "Well, let me tell you who the so-called rich are. Me! And most of my fellow congressmen and Senators. There's no way we will vote to raise taxes on ourselves!"

These are the same tax cuts APPROVED by Democratic Congress and signed by Democratic prez in 2010.
