I'm going to go with "not aware" on this one.

This isn't one guy, and one question, it's a long-standing systemic problem.
Unless, of course, you think working for a company whose purpose is "To glorify God by being a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to us. To have a positive influence on all who come in contact with Chick-fil-A." is not massively discriminatory, to, oh, their workers.
