In reply to the discussion: McCain: 'Sinister' attacks on Clinton aide Huma Abedin must stop [View all]Beacool
(30,247 posts)26. Good for McCain!!
McCain has gotten to known Huma over the years as she has been by Hillary's side since she was her intern in the 90s. Huma is popular in DC, she's the soul of discretion, very loyal to Hillary and a nice person. She doesn't deserve Bachmann's crazy rantings.
Furthermore, thanks to Bachmann and a couple of right wing kooks, the demonstrators who threw tomatoes and shoes at Hillary's motorcade thought that the US was favoring the Muslim Brotherhood. These nuts should watch their mouth, they could be responsible for someone getting hurt.

His voice today is one in a republican wilderness of hate, intolerance and deceitful liars.

Actually, unless your name is Cheney, Bush or Rumsfeld, I'm exactly who you want on your jury.

The right thinks she married him to hide her lesbian relationship with Hillary Clinton. Really.

Bachmann is as bad a racist, bigoted, xenophobic, hate-mongering piece of shit as they come.

This is why McCain even with the 2008 loss will remain a far better person than Romney

Sen McCain could have easily remained silent and no one would have noticed. This is most honorable
