Robin Madden and his wife who saw the uniform at college in California and who were told about it by Romney himself, and Graham McDonald and Phillip Maxwell who actually describe specific incidents at the Cranbrook high school where Romney pulled people over. This apparently went on during both high school and college and was repeated behavior. Some of it is described in the book The Real Romney.
