Construction has not been "halted." The Chancellor's ruling, which is procedural, allows the city planners to order construction stopped. That has not happened as of this moment.

No doubt about it: there were some ugly, bigoted people who launched this whole business. I know: I live here (Nashville). But there's not really a reason to freak out over this...yet.
