3. Seems to me Austerity should come to the Former Presidents Act

This seems like an area we can cut costs without any harm to the citizenry. Like some other poster pointed out yesterday they're all making millions on speaking engagements and books. So I don't see why we need to subsidize them.

Sure, if they go on some diplomatic trip or mission for the US we should pay for that. But otherwise they should be just like any other citizen and pay for their own expenses.
