32. Axelrod did just join Biden and said the President agrees as well.

I really do not understand why so many people think Axelrod's Tweet walks back Biden's remarks, he explicitly says that Obama holds the same position as Biden and he never suggests Biden mispoke. I don't see how anyone could claim Axelrod walked Biden back, what I see in his Tweet is an expression of total agreement with what Biden said.
