the POTUS doesn't craft, pass and pay for legislation.

the Senate is comprised of numerous Millionaires, almost HALF of the senate. one
of the wealthiest senators is democrat Dianne Feinstein.

they are not not to vote for a tax increase for themselves and their wealthy friends
