40. I don't think there is a void. This is 4th of July week. Only the wonks are glued to their TVs.

Every GOP argument I've seen on TV (and I have not been glued to my TV either) has been well refuted. When anyone says "Well, this is RMONEY's plan..." the arguer shuts up, pretty much.

Parties are going on, people are enjoying their summer. Only the hyper-interested are focusing on this right now.
