If you're ever in the neighborhood,
drop in for some Green Beans and Cornbread.
You might change your mind.

You're too late this year for Asparagus or Fresh Strawberries,
but the BlueBerries, Peaches, Tomatoes, Peppers, Cantaloups, and Melons are coming in nicely , and you've probably never tasted a REAL egg.

Ignorance and Poverty IS a problem here,
but, as the posters above aptly demonstrated,
bigotry and ignorance are not limited to The South.

1 out of 3 people in these old mountains voted FOR Obama in 2008,
and the demographics are changing for the better all the time
as educated people realize what The South has to offer.
