SOPA Bill--for it or against it? And why?

7. Cos Justin Bieber says it's a bad law.

I just had to follow up with a separate posting, because I've been reading a fair bit about SOPA etc... as I have a vested interest. Now I am no Bieber fan, but IMO he's got his head on his shoulders correctly.

The laws as presented would land Justin Bieber with jail time - 5 years - just for posting a video online of him singing along to a copyrighted song.

His reaction to SOPA/PIPA? ""Whoever she is (referring to Senator Klobuchar), she needs to know that I'm saying she needs to be locked up - put away in cuffs."

He's said a few other things before: "You guys are evil. Canada's the best country in the world. We go to the doctor and we don't need to worry about paying him, but here, your whole life, you're broke because of medical bills. My bodyguard's baby was premature, and now he has to pay for it. In Canada, if your baby's premature, he stays in the hospital as long as he needs to, and then you go home."
