behind it all, then all can be accomplished in it's likeness. So no, it's not cut off, it's inscribed into ALL the country and state law the oligarchs can attach it to. It becomes a collective debt to countries and other entities that are too small to fight it off. They foist on everybody without their consent. It's part of Corporate Nausea that the SCOTUS rules by

They won't rest till everybody owes them money, it's just an obsession they have
