If he can't follow the simplest, most basic rules of firearm safety, do you really want him out representing the city/county armed?

I'm serious, in the world of firearms, this is as basic as breathing and any moron that nearly kills someone because he's incapable of following such simple rules should not be armed, let alone authorized to use his weapon against citizens.
