if they happen to cut a bit of the finger on the yacht's rigging they call the concierge doctor
to attend to that problem.

They think the rest of us using the Emergency room is like an after hours field trip or a place
car crash, gun shot victims go.

And all of the above are 'your fault'...NOT THEIRS.
