(1 post)39. Sign me up for the next class action law suit against Ditech fka Green Tree!!!
CitiMortgage sold my mortgage to Green Tree in February 2015. My monthly payments went up by $20 (something to due with increasing escrow balance). Now that Green Tree is Ditech, my mortgage payments will increase another $40 starting next month (October). The extra money is for 'Total fees and Charges'. Is this for real? If so, how do I get off this ride??? I didn't sign up for this! What can I do?
ANY help will be GREATLY appreciated!!!!
